Our founder, Pam Johal, is a Barrister and Solicitor licensed in Ontario, with a deep personal and professional understanding of the immigrant journey. As the daughter of immigrants and a legal professional who completed part of her training abroad, Pam brings not only legal insight but lived empathy to every case she handles.

Fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, Pam and her team serve clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring communication is never a barrier to justice.

Outside of her legal practice, Pam is a proud mother of two children who inspire her every day and keep her grounded. She enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and celebrating the richness of traditions from around the world—experiences that continue to inform her inclusive and empathetic approach to advocacy.
